The single player mode was better than I expected. Starting off in WWII caught me by surprise.

Was looking at this again yesterday, single player section looks strong for a change, but the multiplayer looks the mutt's, (Must sort out xbox live to retain baby related sanity asap!)

Bought this for my stepson on his(my)360 for his birthday today. I was thrown by the WW2 start, but watching him play through it, it does look a pretty decent game. I love the idea of being able to destroy cover (even if bit by bit with small arms fire) - that takes the 'can shoot through most cover) of COD to a whole new ball game. If there's enough fuckers likely to play it I'll pick up the PC version.
